My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious by European standards, and I appreciated the convenience of PIN code access instead of traditional keys. The location was a bit away from downtown Florence, but the nearby tram stop made it easy to reach the city center. The service was friendly, and the staff even helped us with some printing needs. However, there were some cleanliness oversights, which was a downside. The dining experience was decent for the price, and I found the breakfast to be satisfactory.
